Affordable Housing Trust approves annual report, eyes land survey and deed restrictions.
Affordable Housing Trust · Meeting of January 13, 2026
Upton's Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approved its annual report and authorized preliminary surveying of its Westboro Road parcel ahead of a summer grant application. Chair Katherine Robertson and members Brian Gallagher, Jeannie Brooks, and Gina Geraci also discussed a potential land trade with the Conservation Commission involving Pleasant Woods, which would require swapping deed restrictions to another site. Town Planner Michael Antonellis reported an engineering firm has offered survey services to gather site data before development commitments.
The trust deferred deeper review of a new Community Preservation Committee grant agreement language to its next meeting.
