UPTON — Zoning Board approves pool house variance, continues restaurant parking dispute. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant Daniel White relief from side yard setback requirements for a pool house at 14 Plumbley Road in the Agricultural Residential district. The board continued review of Maya Grill LLC's application to increase restaurant capacity from 65 to 96 seats and reduce parking requirements at 118 Main Street, requesting detailed parking documentation and business-hours timeline following complaints from abutters about existing parking pressures, customers parking on private property, and noise concerns.
