Upton Board of Health approves maternity grant program and appoints secondary Title 5 agent. Town Nurse Debra Vescera will expand community services through a maternity grant program, approved unanimously. The board appointed Chloe Mawn as secondary Title 5 agent for septic inspections without reposting the position.
The board also approved discontinuing trash bag sales in the office, proceeding with the NexTrex Recycling Challenge, and approving three septic designs.
