Upton Board of Health seeks additional Title V inspectors amid spring demand surge. The board, led by Chairman Quinn Parks with members Laura Hebb and Farrell Jolly-Parks, unanimously voted to solicit Title V inspectional services from surrounding communities to meet surging demand for septic system inspections. Assistant Public Health Supervisor Matthew Rollins indicated he would contact neighboring communities that contract for such services to determine if they could extend coverage to Upton.
Title V Agents Paul McKeon and Chloe Mawn have been working to obtain required insurance coverage documentation.
