Upton Capital Budget Committee discusses forming review workgroup for DPW building project. The committee met April 16 with Chair Dan Lazarz presiding, four members present, and one member absent. DPW Director Dennis E Westgate Jr and Building Committee members Paul Flaherty and Steve Rakitin presented schematic designs for a proposed Public Works building renovation and expansion.
The committee discussed establishing a working group to analyze the plans before the May 7 Annual Town Meeting warrant vote on Article 5.
