COBBLERS CREEK GETS THREE-YEAR EXTENSION FROM CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 11, 2026
Upton Conservation Commission approves three-year extension for Cobblers Creek, issues septic determinations. The Commission approved a three-year extension for Cobblers Creek, a 46-unit development with required wetland restoration and conservation restrictions, and issued negative determinations for septic projects at 30 Pearl St and 81 Taft St, meaning the work falls outside wetland resource areas requiring permits. The Commission also approved a minor modification allowing a swimming pool and greenhouse within the 100-foot buffer at Lot 4 Sawmill Brook Ln, with Rick Morrell of Morrell Construction presenting updated plans.
A Notice of Intent for a three-story mixed-use building at 6-8 Grove St was continued to March 25, 2026, pending Zoning Board action on a Special Permit.
