The Commission approved a three-year extension for Cobblers Creek, a 46-unit development with required wetland restoration and conservation restrictions, and issued negative determinations for septic projects at 30 Pearl St and 81 Taft St, meaning the work falls outside wetland resource areas requiring permits.
