Upton Conservation Commission closes development hearings on East Street and 40B housing applications. Commission Chair Christine Scott and Vice Chair Mike Penko recused themselves from the East Street ANR lot 2 vote due to service on the Metacomet Land Trust Board; the Land Disturbance Permit hearing closed unanimously among remaining voting members, contingent on finalizing the Conservation Restriction before any sale. The commission also closed hearings on East Street ANR lot 1 and a 40B application at 45 Milford St. for 127 affordable units, while continuing a Habitat for Humanity project at 28 Hartford Ave. to June 24 with application fees waived unanimously.
