Upton DPW Building Committee advances $17 million project toward April Town Meeting vote. Meeting with Acting Chair Dan Lazarz presiding over four of the eight committee members, the committee approved prior November minutes and received a progress update from Vertex Companies on the $17 million schematic design phase. The committee directed Vertex to provide the design package, cost estimate, and project budget to members before an April 30 public informational meeting at the Community Center, which precedes the Town Meeting vote.
