UPTON — The DPW Building Committee unanimously recommended Johnson Controls Inc. for building management systems. The proprietary equipment choice maintains consistency with the control system at the Community Center. Pre-qualification for general contractors and sub-trade bidders opened with a July 1 submission deadline.
Director Dennis Westgate reported meetings with the Planning Board about an entrance easement involving the School District and with the Conservation Commission regarding a vernal pool at the site.
