UPTON — The DPW Building Committee reviewed schematic designs and discussed cost estimates at an April 22 remote meeting. Chair Paul Flaherty and the committee heard presentations from Weston & Sampson and The Vertex Companies outlining minimal improvements, including radiant heating in the floor. Independent cost estimates from both firms will be reconciled.
Presentations are scheduled for the Select Board and Finance Committee on April 28, a public informational meeting on April 30 at the Community Center, and Town Meeting on May 7.
