Upton Economic Development Committee directs infrastructure capacity analysis. The committee unanimously approved prior minutes while hosting presentations from Kevin Kuros of the Mass Office of Business Development and Anne Szender McCarthy of MassDevelopment on state business resources. Town Planner Michael Antonellis was directed to provide detailed analysis of infrastructure growth capacity, specifically water, sewer, and related systems, following Eugene Bernat's request for remaining capacity metrics.
The committee advanced three FY24 focus projects: infrastructure analysis, West Upton Center Vision slated for June 16 Select Board presentation, and Grove Street parking improvements.
