Upton Finance Committee unanimously approves DPW Facility Expansion as borrow article for town meeting. Paul Flaherty opened the May 7 meeting where the committee voted to recommend Warrant Article 5. The committee also finalized FY27 budget items, including setting the Snow Removal article at $304,595 and approving the Finance Director request to fund Article 2 from Free Cash.
The committee recognized Rick McGuire for completing his three elected terms of service.
