Upton Library Board approves staff pay raises and hour expansions for fiscal 2027. The board unanimously approved a 2 percent cost-of-living adjustment plus a 2.45 percent merit increase for all staff. The Children's Assistant and Graphic Design roles will expand from 14 to 16 hours weekly
