Upton Library trustees unanimously approved the director's contract and amended his performance review. The review passed by majority with one abstention. Director Matthew Bachtold requested moving the Passport Program from his performance goals to become a board policy.
Trustees unanimously authorized Chair Debbie Amorelli to sign the annual ARIS form for state re-certification, and Bachtold reported the library achieved a new July circulation record. Trustees learned assistant Erin Gardner resigned; Bachtold is recruiting a replacement with the Personnel Board.
