Nine Upton Property Transfers Recorded in Late Summer, All Without Disclosed Prices
Nine Upton properties changed hands between July 31 and Aug. 7, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the nine transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this month. North Street and South Street each saw two transfers. Four of the nine deeds listed a bank, Citizens Bank NA or Wells Fargo Bank NA, as seller, and three others show patterns consistent with family, trust or estate transfers. With no pricing data available across any transaction, the underlying deed activity is the only market signal this roundup can offer.
