Planning Board advances two bylaws to warrant

Upton Planning Board unanimously recommends two bylaws and continues three development projects. The board voted to recommend a ground mounted solar installation regulation and an ADU grandfathering bylaw for the spring Town Meeting, and voted to send a comment letter to the Zoning Board on the 40B project at 45 Milford St. Three public hearings were continued to allow additional engineering review: East St.

Estates (proposing 17 lots) and 130 South St (proposing 4 lots) to April 28, and 3 Centennial Ct (proposing 5 apartments) to April 14. Town Planner Mike Antonellis reported the zoning rewrite committee still needs volunteers.
