Upton Planning Board approved a site plan and scheduled multiple public hearings. The board unanimously approved a site plan for 152 Milford Street for partial demolition and one-story construction, conditioned on Fire Department and peer review sign-off. Three project hearings were continued to October 27: a four-lot subdivision at 130 South Street, a 17-lot subdivision at East St Estates, and a solar installation at 169 South St/0 Sawmill Brook Lane.
A five-lot subdivision hearing at 42 Walnut Street was scheduled for November 24 at 7:10 PM. Two prior approvals, at Governor's Landing and 100 Pleasant Street, required no further board review.
