Planning Board approves new Special Permit fee schedule

Upton Planning Board unanimously approves revised Special Permit fee schedule on Tuesday. The board voted to adopt the revised structure for applications that lacked explicit definition in the town's bylaws, with Chair Tom Davidson presiding as Margaret Carroll moved and Bill Taylor seconded the approval. The board also voted unanimously to continue three public hearings to later dates: 130 South Street to February 24 at 7:10 p.m., 6-8 Grove Street to April 14 at 7:10 p.m., and 47 Mechanic Street to February 24 at 7:20 p.m., all at applicants' request or to address pending regulatory proceedings.
