Upton Planning Board approves waivers for senior housing at Mechanic Street. The Board voted unanimously to grant three development waivers for a proposed senior housing project by Bugsy LLC, including allowances for a dead-end street exceeding 500 feet, a minimum road width below 26 feet, and 2-to-1 side slopes. The project, represented by Travis Brown of Turning Point Engineering, received Conservation Commission approval and addressed Fire Department comments.
The Planning Board also completed its annual reorganization, electing Ken Raye as Chair, Bill Taylor as Vice Chair, Katherine Robertson as Treasurer, and Margaret Carroll as Clerk.
