Upton Planning Board continues East St Estates hearing and authorizes Upton Ridge peer review fund release. Chair Tom Davidson led unanimous votes to continue the East St Estates public hearing to February 24, with applicant representative John Federico from Guerriere & Halnon expected to complete peer review comments on the retaining wall and wetland crossing, and to release $10,120.58 from the Upton Ridge peer review account. The board also heard preliminary plans for a senior housing development at zero Mechanic Street featuring sixteen two-bedroom duplexes, with abutters Tom and Cathy Dodd raising driveway alignment concerns.
Following discussion of a ground-mounted solar installation near Rosanna Clancy's property, the board will place a warrant placeholder to address solar installation zoning regulations at the Annual Town Meeting.
