Upton Planning Board continues hearings on three residential developments, releases completed project bond. The board moved three projects to May 26 hearings: the 17-lot East St Estates subdivision, a 4-lot subdivision at 130 South St, and a senior housing development at Mechanic Street. The board also accepted the Department of Public Works renovation filing at 100 Pleasant St, waiving administrative fees with a June 9 hearing scheduled.
Additionally, the Planning Board unanimously released the bond for the completed Upton Ridge subdivision.
