Select Board appoints Rubin as Upton's next Town Manager

Upton Select Board unanimously appoints Kristen L. Rubin as next Town Manager. Chair Laura Hebb's Search Committee had screened 25 applications, interviewed the top six, and advanced three finalists.
The board interviewed Jeffrey K. Bridges, Jr., William D. Chenard, and Kristen L.
Rubin for one hour each with John Petrin of Community Paradigm Associates. The appointment is pending contract negotiations.
