Select Board approves housing grant, liquor license, and vehicle surplus

Upton Select Board unanimously authorizes FY2026 housing grant contract for state-aligned housing initiatives. LUIS Director Mike Antonnellis presented the grant request, which the Board unanimously authorized the Town Manager to execute. The Board also unanimously approved a one-day wine and malt liquor license for the Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District Superintendent's Gourmet Dinner Fundraiser on March 19, 2026, and unanimously declared a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado surplus for auction.
The Board entered Executive Session for Town Manager contract negotiations under M.G.L. c.30A §21(a)(2).
