Upton Board of Health appoints Steven Donatelli Title V agent
Board of Health · Meeting of March 20, 2026
Upton Board of Health appoints Steven Donatelli as Title V inspectional agent. The board unanimously voted to hire Donatelli, who serves multiple communities in the Blackstone Valley Partnership for Public Health, after Assistant Public Health Supervisor Matthew Rollins determined that all but one community in the region contracted with him. The appointment resolves a gap after other candidates encountered obstacles: one was unable to obtain liability insurance and another did not follow up on expressed interest.
The board also unanimously approved revisions to its Title V fee schedule to align rates with Donatelli's pricing.
