Upton Conservation Commission issues negative determination for Grove Street garage project. The Commission, chaired by Christine Scott, unanimously approved a Negative Determination of Applicability for a 24-by-24 detached garage at 30 Grove Street, clearing the demolition of an existing shed despite pending floodplain verification by an engineer. The panel voted unanimously to require a peer review consultant for a proposed 16-unit senior housing project at 0 Mechanic Street to review the plans and evaluate potential wetland impacts.
