Upton Cultural Council approves agenda and January meeting minutes while multiple grant applications and 250th celebration proposals await funding determination. The council reviewed two Upton Historical Society proposals: a $750 "Revolutionary War Encampment" on October 17 and a $450 "Declaration of Independence" presentation on April 23, with decisions pending. Council member Lyn Haggerty coordinated with Senior Center staff to establish event notification procedures.
