Upton Deed Activity Continues Through Late Summer as Most Sale Prices Go Unreported
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers in Upton between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $50,000 for 18 Warren Rd. and $1,200,000 tied to sellers Aaron and Susan Gorius, whose Aug. 13 sale to Paul and Margaret Sullivan was the period's highest-priced disclosed transaction. Four of the 11 deeds involved a bank, mortgage servicer or mortgage-registration entity as a party. With nine of 11 sales lacking price data, the available records do not support a firm read on overall market tone for the period.
