The other 10 transfers, including two on James Road, were recorded without a price. Banks, a credit union and mortgage-servicing entities appeared as buyer or seller in at least six transfers. With price data on just 17% of sales, the count of 12 transfers alone does not indicate whether the market was active or quiet this period.
