Seven properties in Upton recorded deed transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the seven listed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Two deeds involved Main Street, both naming Knowlton Manor Condominium as a seller; the other five sales were spread across Mechanic Street, Pleasant Street, Mendon Street, Hazeltine Road and West River Street, one each. Three of those five listed sellers sharing a surname, consistent with jointly owned property being sold together. With no pricing data disclosed for any transaction, this period's data supports no read on market tone beyond the raw count of recorded transfers.
