Upton Trust Fund Commissioners decide to maintain existing format for 2025 annual report. All three commissioners were present: Chair Robert Fleming, Stephen Matellian, and Lyn Haggerty. The board discussed whether to reformat the Commission Report for the Annual Town Report submission but decided to maintain the existing format with no changes or revisions.
The commissioners reviewed 2025 year-end balances and suggested the end of February for the next meeting.
