Zoning Board approves five applications in routine May meeting

Upton's Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved five applications on May 20, granting special permits for three building additions and one warehousing use, while also clearing the revocation of an accessory dwelling unit permit. Peter Schrafft received relief to construct an addition at 88A Main Street; Daniel White won variance approval for a hot tub installation at 14 Plumbley Road; Kevin Todd and Shannon Korich gained approval for an addition at 9 Mechanic Street; and Robert Motuzas secured approval for warehousing at 162 Milford Street. Kathy Kessel and John Dennis's ADU permit at 73 Crockett Road, recorded December 22, 2024, was revoked upon request.

A comprehensive permit for 27 townhouses at 45 Milford Street remains under review.
