Upton's July Deed Records Show Just One Recorded Sale Price Among 12
Upton recorded 12 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $40,000, for a transfer from Peter and Sarah Caliri to Crescent United Credit Union recorded July 21. No street address was listed for that transaction. Hartford Avenue and East Street each saw two transfers during the period. Several deeds involved town boards, including Upton Town Conservation and Upton Town Appeals, along with a living trust and corporate entities. With pricing available for less than 10 percent of recorded sales, the data offers limited insight into overall market values this period.
