Planning Board Approves Two Site Plans

UPTON — The Planning Board approves residential development and public works renovation site plans. The board approved a five-apartment residential development at 3 Centennial Court with conditions including accessible parking and Fire Department vehicle-access confirmation, and a public works renovation at 100 Pleasant Street with three waiver requests for reduced pipe cover and increased runoff. Katherine Robertson and Tom Davidson led the motions.

Three applications were continued to September 8 with deadlines extended to October 14, and the board scheduled a first public hearing for Lantern Hill inclusionary housing for September 22.
