Just one of 13 recent Upton home sales has a price attached so far
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 13 Upton property transfers recorded between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one, an $872,000 sale from OX Investments LLC to Steven A. Ross, trustee, and QS Lending Three Trust, has a posted price so far. The remaining 12 sales, spread across streets including Milford, Plain, Pearl, Wood, Grove, Chickadee Way, Pleasant, Ridge, Shannon and Warren, plus a second transfer on West River Street, have not yet had prices recorded, a normal reporting lag rather than a sign of nondisclosure. Banks and lending entities served as sellers on six of the 13 deeds, and two transactions involved buyers and sellers sharing a surname.
