Upton Deed Volume Steady but Sale Price Data Remains Mostly Pending
Upton recorded 11 property deeds from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19. Only two carried a listed sale price so far: $247,950 for 23 North St. and $736,865 for an unaddressed Upton property, the period's top transaction. Based on those two figures, the price range runs $247,950 to $736,865 with a median of $492,407; the other nine sales have not yet posted a price, which typically appears within about a week of recording. North Street had two transfers, including a Matulis family and estate sale. Deed volume was active by count for the four-week period, though most pricing data remains pending.
