DocumentCenter · Meeting of February 10, 2026
Upton Planning Board approves Special Permit application fee revisions. The board unanimously backed a new fee structure for Special Permit applications, which had lacked explicit definitions in town bylaws; Subdivision fees will be reviewed separately. The board also continued three development hearings: 130 South Street to February 24, 6-8 Grove Street to April 14 pending a Zoning Board Special Permit, and 47 Mechanic Street to February 24 following substantial plan modifications.
The board is advancing Master Plan updates in Housing and Transportation chapters, soliciting engineering firm proposals to evaluate traffic-calming and infrastructure improvements.
