Upton Cultural Council plans Heritage Day, approves merchandise purchase. The council voted unanimously to purchase 40 promotional glasses with a new Upton-shaped logo design for $298.60, to be sold at $12 each for fundraising. The council will host Heritage Day on September 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring a bake sale and merchandise sales including the new glasses, coasters, and tea towels.
All council members with expiring terms are in good standing to continue serving.
