Cultural Council approves grant payee change, votes on merchandise stamp

Upton Cultural Council unanimously approves new grant payee and funds merchandise stamp. The council approved changing its Multicultural Night grant recipient from Upton Regional School District to Spanish Immersion Booster, and also funded a coaster-stamp design featuring a map of Upton at approximately $50. Six of seven members attended: Jennifer Conrad, Marie Kitchen, Lyn Haggerty, Megan Ronzio, Shelley Glassman, and Robin Jokela, with Kate Baden absent.

The council assigned follow-up tasks for three grant-funded summer events and approved a scarecrow contest pending consultation with Mendon Cultural Council.
