The board unanimously accepted a withdrawal without prejudice from MJT RE LLC for a 10-unit townhouse development at 19 Glen Avenue.
The board continued review of a comprehensive permit application from 45 Milford Street, LLC for a 27-unit townhouse project, with engineer Stantec tasked to investigate fire apparatus vehicle access concerns based on truck simulation plans.
