Only One of 13 Upton Property Transfers Discloses a Sale Price in July

Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Upton property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one, 12 James Rd., disclosed a sale price: $100,000, transferred from Randy P. Pyne to Middlesex Savings Bank on July 7. With price data reported on just 1 of 13 deeds, the resulting price range and median are both $100,000, based on that single transaction. Eight of the 13 transfers named a bank, credit union or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a party, and two were trust transfers within the same family. The data does not support a broader read on Upton's market direction this period.
