Planning Board continues four development applications

Upton Planning Board continues four major development applications pending peer review studies. The board unanimously voted to continue hearings on a proposed 17-lot subdivision at East St Estates to September 22 and a four-lot subdivision at 130 South St to October 13, with both applicants represented by John Federico of Guerriere and Halnon. The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission completed traffic studies on East St, with town staff to meet with a CMRPC traffic engineer to review results.
Two additional hearings, for a large-scale solar installation at 169 South St and a site plan for 152 Milford St, were also continued to September 22 and October 13 respectively.
